Pancakes in vanilla sauce - Preparation

Prepare the filling from the above ingredients by mixing them all in a bowl until you get a homogeneous cream cheese.

We fill the pancakes giving them the shape of 6-7 cm rolls.

Place them in a form greased with a little butter and pour over the vanilla sauce prepared as follows: sour cream, egg yolks and sugar are mixed and put on low heat until it boils. At the end, flavor the vanilla sugar.


Put the form in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees C, and start preparing the meringue. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Remove the tray and pour the meringue on top (I used a pos with spirit) and then put it back in the oven until the meringue turns golden.

Powder with vanilla powdered sugar.

Serve both hot and cold.
